CHECK-IN

Check-in desks are located in Terminal 3 and the boarding gate is in Terminal 1. Carpatair’s handling agent on Stuttgart Airport is Stuttgart Ground Services GmbH.

ACCESS
By car
Stuttgart Airport can be easily reached via the exit roads on the A8 or the B27 motorways.
By train/metro
The Stuttgart Central Railway Station (Hauptbahnhof) is connected with the airport by municipal rail lines (S-Bahn) S2 or S3 lines. They are direct lines and stop at Level 1, Terminal 1. On weekends there are some restrictions after 19:00 o'clock, and the airport can be reached only by S2. The S-Bahn leaves every 10-20 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on weekends. The journey takes 27 minutes and the ticket costs 3.10 Euro/one-way from Hauptbahnhof to the Airport.
By bus
Bus stops are centrally located in front of the Terminals, on Arrivals level. For more information, please access
TAXI
A large number of taxis are available in front of Terminals 1 and 3. A trip to the city center costs around 35-40 Euro and the journey time is about 20 minutes.
PARKING
There are advantageous parking possibilities offered by the airport.
Low price – short-term parking in block P4, at 2.50 Euro for the first 6 hours.
Holiday parking in block P4, only valid during summer holidays in Baden-Württemberg. The price is 160 Euro/week, when pre-booked by a travel agency.
Special parking: Specially-marked parking spaces for the disabled persons and women.
CAR RENTAL
Several international rent-a-car companies offer their services upon request in the airport.
