Taking into account the length of the flight and the specifications of a destination, we provide a meal and beverage selection with specific care for details. Carpatair complies with the HACCP (Food Hygiene in Air Transport Code of Practice) standards regarding the receiving, preparation, production and loading process of the meals on the aircraft. The production personnel are completely separated from the delivery personnel to avoid any contamination risks. Transportation is carried out by using special high-loader trucks that enable trolleys to be rolled on and off the aircraft.
