Avoid queuing at the airport and save time with the new Web Check-in Service from Carpatair!
While other travelers are waiting in line at the airport check-in counters, you can conveniently check-in online from the comfort of your home or office, select your preferred seat and print your boarding pass for many of our flights.
Web Check-In is available between 24 hours and 1 hour before the departure time of your flight.
Carpatair Web Check-in is very easy. All you need is:
an electronic ticket for a Carpatair flight and a confirmed booking
access to a computer connected to the internet and a printer for your boarding pass
Once you have finished the check-in process and printed your boarding pass, you can go to the airport and, if you travel with hand baggage only, you can pass through the security and passport control and go directly to the gate by the time written on your boarding pass.
If you travel with baggage, you can go directly to fast lane at the dedicated baggage drop-off counter and have your bag checked in.
Get your boarding pass ready for your flight:
- Go to www.carpatair.com and click on Web Check-in
- Select one of the identification options and fill in the required data
- Select the name of the passenger and the flights for which you would like to check-in
- Select the seat of your choice or keep the automatic seat selection that was offered during the check-in process

Return check-in
In case your return flight is within a few hours or the next day at the latest, and you only carry hand baggage, you can ask for return check-in. You will receive the boarding pass for the return flight, but please consider that the gate number might not be available at that time. Nevertheless, you will find it on the airport information displays before the return flight.
Day before check-in
In order to speed up the check-in process, future plans include the opening of a day before check-in counter, where you can check in if you have only hand baggage, and even book your seat one day before the actual departure.
A crucial step towards the introduction of new check-in methods mentioned above is the Bar Coded Boarding Pass, introduced on our flights since 2007, allowing easier and faster check-in.
The boarding card has a simple bar code which captures the information for the whole itinerary.
‘Bar Coded Boarding Pass’ is one of the five projects within IATA ‘Simplifying the Business’ Program which, together with E-ticketing, will increase the passengers’ comfort.
