Buy your ticket step by step
 

1.BOOKING

You can book by choosing one of the following methods:

 Access www.carpatair.com and book on-line up to 24 hours before your flight.

 Contact our 
Carpatair Call_Center.

 Contact our
Carpatair Ticketing Offices.

2. CONFIRMATION

When you book your flight via our website, you will receive a confirmation e-mail displaying the itinerary details, called itinerary receipt. This is why it is very important that you give us a correct, valid e-mail address.
When you book via call center or ticketing offices, you can receive your confirmation by e-mail or fax.
The confirmation contains detailed information about your journey, such as itinerary, fare, taxes, service fee, form of payment, etc.
 
3. INFORMATION REGARDING BOOKING AND PURCHASING AIR TICKETS 
 

The information that you need to know prior to booking and/or purchasing air tickets is the following:

   Itinerary
   Total cost of the ticket, specifying the fare, airport taxes and other taxes
   Conditions of the ticket
   The possibility to modify the travel dates and in what conditions
   The possibility to receive partial or total refund and in what conditions
   Time limit of advanced ticket purchase
   Type of ticket: electronic ticket or paper ticket
   Free checked baggage allowance, as well as free cabin baggage allowance (including excess baggage fee, if applicable)
   Name of the airline that operates on the requested route 
   Minimum time necessary for check-in and boarding
   Information regarding the procedures in case of ticket loss
   Currency in which the ticket is issued
   Means of payment: cash/card/bank transfer
 
After being completely informed, you can ask for the issuance of the ticket.

4. special services and assistance 

In case you require any special services or special assistance, you must mention that at the time of booking.

5.payment details

If you choose to book your flight via our website, the only form of payment accepted is credit card. If you choose to purchase your ticket through call center or ticketing offices, other forms of payment are also available, such as:

Cash deposit: once the pro-forma invoice is issued and sent, you can make a cash deposit at any of our partner bank offices. You do not need a bank account and there is no bank commission due. If you don’t have the possibility to receive the pro-forma invoice by e-mail or fax, we can send you its details on your mobile phone through an SMS. After having paid the pro-forma invoice, you will receive your ticket either by e-mail, fax or you can pick it up at the airport, before departure. You can obtain information about the serial number of the ticket issued by SMS as well.

Bank transfer: once the pro-forma invoice is issued and sent, you can transfer the amount to our bank account specified on the pro-forma invoice. If you don’t have the possibility to receive the pro-forma invoice by e-mail or fax, we can send you its details on your mobile phone by SMS. In this case, you need a bank account and bank commission is due. After having paid the pro-forma invoice, you will receive your ticket either by e-mail, fax or you can pick it up at the airport, before departure. You can obtain information about the serial number of the ticket issued by SMS as well.

Credit card payment: If you have chosen on-line booking, the only available form of payment is by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted). You will be asked to give all necessary details and your card will be charged immediately, all transactions being 3D secured.Carpatair ticketing offices also accept credit card payment but only Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Cash payment: If it is convenient for you, the pro-forma invoice can be paid cash at any of our ticketing offices from Romania and abroad. In this case, you can have your paper ticket or itinerary receipt (in case of electronic ticket) issued on the spot.

6.CHANGE OR CANCEL 

If you wish to change your booking/ticket or to cancel it, please contact our Carpatair Call Center or Carpatair Ticketing Offices.

7. RECONFIRM

It is highly recommended that you reconfirm your flight 24 hours before departure. This can be efficiently achieved if you contact our Carpatair Call Center.
