Carpatair is a JAR-OPS 1 (currently EU-OPS 1) operator with the AOC approval RO-003 providing air transportation services by scheduled and non-scheduled flights for passengers, cargo and mail incorporating its own maintenance organization.

 

   Carpatair is approved under EC 2042/2003 Annex I, Part M, Subpart G - EASA, as an Organization of Continuous Airworthiness Management with the approval certificate RO. MG. 003.

 

   Carpatair is also approved under EC 2042/2003 Annex II, EASA Part 145 as a Maintenance Organization with approval certificate RO. 145. 003.

The organization involved in certificate approvals, EASA, developed common safety and environmental rules at European level in order to assure the highest common standards of safety in civil aviation. They monitor the implementation of standards through inspections and provide necessary technical expertise, training and research.
